I believe passionately in the enormous, untapped potential that resides within each person and are committed to providing individuals and corporations with tools of knowledge and skills they can use to unlock this potential.

I am accomplished entrepreneur having owned several successful businesses across a variety of industry sectors.  Through many years of experience I have developed a range of skills in the fields of training and personal development, executive coaching, facilitation, recruitment, human resource management, sales and marketing and business consultancy.

I am happily married to my beautiful wife Gai and have four healthy sons, Adam, Harry, Tristan and Ashton.

At the recent AIPF (Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators) 2009 EXPO held at Sea World Resort on the Gold Coast, I received the AIPF 2009 Valued Learning Partner Award – External Learning & Development Professional.

In 2008 I became a registered Justice of the Peace in the State of New South Wales (Australia), and served as the president of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber – Southern Area 2008-2009.  In 2008 as managing director of Dynamic Solutions I also received a nomination for the 2008 Telstra Business Awards.

In 2007 I received an award from the Governor General of Australia, Major General Michael Jeffrey on behalf of the Shoalhaven Area Consultative Committee for my company - Dynamic Solutions’ significant contribution to economic activity in the region.  Also in 2007 I was recognized as a State Finalist in the 2007 Small Business Champion Awards.
